Hi my renter is requesting to install two air conditioner units in the house to deal with the summer.

Is it better to find a property for long term rentals or air bnb type rentals? 

Fresh, neutral paint, LED light bulbs, well manicured lawn, pressure wash the exterior where needed. 

It took them a week to break it all up, wait for the air to clear, then get the old duct work out from the walls, but in the old days the duct work ran up a large race to the upper rooms so it was an easy cut, pry & drop.

The house had been vacant for two years so we aired it out and cleaned what we could.

If the ductwork was sized for a gas furnace and air conditioning , it will be undersized for a heat pump .

Sounds like it was known since he assigned different stairwells and provided an air purifier.The problem is landlords are afraid of discrimination against a person with a Service animal and this went the other way.
