Hi my renter is requesting to install two air conditioner units in the house to deal with the summer. I am an out of state investor, and it is not normal for an investor to take care of these in my home-state. 

I know Happy tenants stay longer...

So my question is- Is it normal for renters to request for two air conditioner units for their home from the owner? Or how frequently this happen and what is the cost on average I should plan to invest here. I am looking for a median priced spend here..
