@Alfred Sharty, to answer your question, I've attached some sites that'll sort you out.

With Boise, their Upzoning just initiated December 1st which means it provides a lot of opportunities for investors to build ADUs/Additions/Lot Splits for many SFH zoned R1-C (which is practically most of them haha). 

Additionally, there is always that possibility of unforeseen splits that would cut it all in half.Additionally, I'm not one of the lucky ones out there that have a spouse willing to/or have the exact same outlook in life.

I am wondering if there is a site that let you rent furniture but if not where does everyone else buy their furniture for their MTRs.

Or would they consider ideas/sites proposed by developers?

Our messaging was along the lines of 'we want to be flexible and offer you an additional month or 2 if you need it.

These sites only really provide information on the property tax process such as how to pay the taxes on a property, what happens when a property owner does  not pay the taxes, general information like this.

Post it open faced on the door in addition to mailing. 

In addition to keeping track of all your expenses and saving receipts I would track all of your business miles driven.
