Can anyone help with Partnership Proposal in Real Estate.I work with few real estate agency in US I create graphic, web design, photo manipulation etc.Now I try find new clients and I sent them my email with Partnership Proposal in Real Estate but I think it's not good written, because not much clients respond to me!

I'd expect one or more large companies to roll out fleets of vehicles with programming to maximize/optimize usage, similar to Uber today.  

I am trying to optimize and make this part of my investing much more efficient.

As we are on the subject,  airdna, mashvisor and a few other analytics tools I tried : none of them are reliable for data or optimization.

Maybe there are some web developers within our ranks that want to take this on and deliver a more owner / guest focused solution.
