Darden Restaurants, the parent of Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse, is making a significant move by acquiring Chuy's, a Tex-Mex chain, for $605 million.

The property is 20 mins from San Diego proper and 30 from the beach.

I want the full 160k through all of the pain and suffering I have gone through. 

While they are very nice and I believe good people, I have had a few deals fall through after months of hard work on them because they do not fight for the deal in my opinion.

Congrats Brendon, what was the draw for you with the property?

We have seen a few properties that are within our budget, but would obviously do some more thorough analysis on the properties before pulling the trigger.On the other hand, we have been more interested in STR's since we planned to start investing in real estate.

My credit isn't the greatest being that I was running a business and didn't do too well.
