Yes, actually that is a good point and almost a third option.I have a log cabin in Utah that I was having trouble financing and the local credit union did it without blinking.

HM may also not really be an option as they are going to want to see your exit (normally a refi or sale and since your asking about financing I assume you would be doing a refi).Private lenders - those who have $$ in CD's or self directed 401K's or just extra cash around is really going to be your best bet.Or a private bank / credit union where you have a relationship - so if you don't have that established yet - it might be a good time to start - making nice with the money people is always a good thing to do.

Go online and obtain military status on tenant and print it out.https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/scra/owa/homeTake Demand Letter, Notice to Vacate, Certified letter receipts or return cards, print out of military status, and a copy of lease ( they didn't need it but it's good to have) to the court house located in the jurisdiction of the property.My filing fee recently was $157 for two individuals on the lease.

Time to actually read the Constitution.It states "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.The preamble here states what the rest of the "letter" is to accomplish with all its suddelties and parts.What I stated is in there, is what you stated in there?
