cost for eviction

About what does it cost to go through the evicition process? I have a bad feeling I see one in my neer future. Also I know I didn't get enought of a deposit to repair what will be needed. what do I do to reclaim that? I know the tenants have good credit and would problay caugh up the money for repairs before a judgment gets filed...is that an option?
