Thanks for the responses guys...The area I've focused on has taxes that run appx. 15%-20% of gross rents (NY state -yikes!).

You can make your weekly topics out at the beginning of each month and just focus on writing them during each topics particular week.

Right now I am more focused on getting a consistent income rather then the whole get rich quick thing.

However, none of this gets our money back - at this point, our main focus is to expose the truth and protect others from being in the same situation.

Finally, check out our real estate blog.After you spend some time doing your homework, you'll have a pretty good idea about how to make money real estate investing.You'll then want to decide what area of investing interests you . . . from there, I'd go and read the forum that focuses on that area.Good luck.

Hello,I am new to real estate investing and am planning to focus on buying and renting properties.I have been reading all I can about real estate investing but still have not made a real estate purchase.

Presently, my main focus is real estate notes.

Theres a lot more, but in short don't focus on other investors so much.

For those of you who only focused in on the "flying" comment in my original post, you missed the point.

I will now use this opportunity to focus 100% on RE wholesaling and investing so I can support my wife and 2 kids.
