Are you talking about the Lodging Tax/TOT (Transit Occupancy Tax) ?

I closed in janurary and all of the lenders I’ve talked to said would need to wait atleast 6 months

NathanHey Nathan,A lot of the private/Hard money lenders that I work with do not require that, so depending on your strategy it shouldn't be an issue.That sounds like great idea though, it could set you up nicely to hopefully save up for a good primary residence.Would love to connect and talk through the strategies financially if you are interested!

So you're talking about using multiple lenders, multiple contractors, multiple agents and keeping it all straight.

If you know how to grind and talk to people, you'll make MORE money as an agent, just doing straight deals with buyers and sellers on the MLS.
