Right now it is just him and one other guy but they do great work and are very reliable.

The disadvantage of BRRR is that it takes a lot of time, self-education, work and effort.

She hurt her leg so is out of work and 'can't deal with that right now.'  

That said, there are professional PM companies in Dayton that are proud of their work and do provide a high level of quality service.

Hey @Brady Bulmanski,There are definitely plenty of leases out there and BP is a great place to find one.My only advice is not to short cut the application portion of this.
