Has anyone else successfully Brrrr’d a commercial property?

You need to insure your success from the beginning. 

I know people who are operating successfully in that market, but they are working very hard for their money and I commend them for doing it; the community certainly needs them.

I want someone with proven success with style, content and timing to do a turn key campaign. 

Ultimately, it makes us successful in our plans to maximize their value to our investors.

I'm not sure why Airbnb would want to turn away potential guests, but I also have trouble believing they could be so successful when similar units are basically empty.Finally, I don't live next to o'hare, and I would prefer to host my STR III my neighborhood.
