Not sure how big Meetup and Eventbrite is in your area but I would try to attend as many events.

I would advise you reach out to someone who is experienced here and do NOT try to do it yourself, as it can get tricky fast! 

you can probably get a lot of information trying to reach out and if still no contact, do what you have to do.

The amount of time you will waste trying to dance around the issues will be legenday and shall I say, "insisting on being right (or insulted) when you don't know the answer can be costly".I was planning on getting a CPA, but not knowing the right questions to ask of someone who I don't exactly trust yet (as a new customer) isn't the best way to go about things.

Lots of folks think they're protected with the LLC, but they're inadequately insured and can't cover liabilities they're trying to be protected from.

We try to purchase a home every year using the VA loan and have been successful for the last four years on staying on track.

I currently live and rent in San Diego and would very much like to try to lockdown a property down here by end of year if possible.
