I know of at least one that will do a single home refi to 70%, stated income.I have not used them in the past, but they keep trying to get into our office. 

I was told that in order to buy and sell mobile homes in NJ I would have to obtain a used car dealer license and meet all the mandatory requirements, one of which is showing proof that I have a physical office with signage and a lot that is large enough to park two units on.

I cant vouch for other offices, but I have been super happy with BMO Harris Bank.

The owners of the sports leagues and teams hold city governments hostage by threatening to leave without a new stadium being built which forces the city officials to deal with mobs of angry fans who buy into the BS marketing put out by the team that the stadium will "raise" revenue and "create" jobs and has all these benefits to the city.

I had several first steps...Before I even looked on the mls, I went to the bank and talked to my loan officer and got educated on what he wants and needs to finance. 

I found a seller that owns a 20,000 sq ft. office building with no mortgage that is interested in carrying the note for me.

I could go on and on about what is found at your local governmental Tax Office and your local Clerk of Court or Sheriff Department if they do foreclosures and evictions in your community.

Many people here at the office like to cold call people to get their listing leads.

Since 2008, the government has all but halted lending in the US by adding appraisal management companies, so loan officers could no longer speak with their appraiser, the 2010 GFE, biggest joke ever - 4 pages that no one understood, including most loan officers, and the Dodd-Frank junk that all ended up costing consumers an average of 25% more per loan - over $1000 additionally in fees.
