I am just trying to find some software options for real estate businesses, what software is available and what would be the best option for a Flipping/rental property business?

@Miles Curtis - I would develop relationship with a qualified CPA at this point and NOT rely on TurboTax or such accounting software.

I have apartment buildings and also a real estate software product.

My sister in law says if I do not want any rain in Bay Area there is 3 months that typically do not have much rain.  

As I was researching  for a software to evaluate the students status.

However, all this rain has really been problem with the leveling.... its pushing my finish back quite a bit.

I'll admit flooding is something I only do light research on when buying in Vegas (it would have to start raining first for that to be a real problem) but there aren't really basements so...I don't know.
