The real question is I have someone selling me a property at 350K with a 20K builders participation credit and I will be able to use my real estate license for help with the down payment, is this a good deal ?

Hello everyone, so quick question. 

With it being purchased as a property specifically for renting and or flipping would my income come into question on the financing side of things?

My question is this, is there another way?

Otherwise, like you just did, somebody questions it and makes your life harder.  

My questions: 1. 2-4 units multi-family property strategy is better than buying 3 SFH in that market?
