The biggest disadvantage is that you could be perceived as preying o the uninformed because you're a professional and supposedly know so much more about this than them that you borderline defrauded them out of some money.

Next, I can tell you that other RE professionals, closing agents, attorneys, appraisers or any other who operates under any license to work in RE will have similar views.

One topic that jumped out at me was McElroy spoke about in order to run a successful business you need to install systems, but what I want everybody that view this, is to list every professional you will need in your real estate business.
