This is despite the fact that they passed in 2012 what many around the country consider to be model legislation on STRs, which allows the city plenty of leeway to enforce code violations and address problem properties.I will start another thread with details on what could possibly happen during the counsel's meeting on October 15, during which they will consider this legislation.

Larger apartment complexes have maintenance men that go in for inspections usually once a month.They look at filters,fire extinguishers,smoke detectors etc. but also can see if there are pets there not on the lease,or too many people living there not on the lease for a code violation.You have these inspections written into the lease.

Then I followed up with further comments indicating property A would be more like a cash owned 30K property and house B would be more like a 120K house with a 30K DP applied to it.I do not think for a second to know more about tax code and law than anyone.
