Your best bet is to start having conversations with local/regional/community banks in your area. 

That's for my record keeping to know.I have found that online banks (Ally in specific) are pretty cool with opening multiple accounts for one owner. 

@Alex Lee your best bet is to join your local REIA group and attend any other meet ups in the area. 

SunTrust does them online through their LightStream division.

If there's an owner occupant requirement with Home Possible, I'd be willing to bet it has a similar condition of 12 months.
