The thing to remember is that the test is just a test written by a guy who maybe saw a picture of a hammer one time.

Don't forget the podcasts, too -- really you can't go wrong.Your reading will give you a clearer picture of what sort of investment vehicle you're after exactly.

Even though you may be 'doing the right thing' to keep your business alive, it will not seem like that to the public.Getting  out-of-state money in the picture is nice because you transfer risk to (typically) more credit-worthy buyers as you run your flips.

I have known about BiggeBiggerpockets for a while  now and have just recently gotten a better picture of what i would like to do.
