I am hoping to completely replace my income that I make from my current career with buy and hold passive income. with that being said my end game is to hopefully one day get into owning mobile home parks.

Almost 20 years I bought a mobile home in foreclosure for my grandmother to live in.

I started out buying a 2 for 1 mobile home deal and live in one and rent out other and am getting ready to buy a 3 for 1 deal (SFR, DW mobile, and RV space).

Although I am not interested in mobile homes at this time, I am a newbie who has been educating myself on SFR fix and flips for the past half a year.

You said good houses go for $200-$400K+ those are probably Single Family not Mobile

I'm also seeing the prices on Manufactured/Mobile Homes, which is probably the only ones I can afford right now.
