Hi Rachel   you are just in a very hot market prob why am working in Ohio and Missouri  where  things  happen at a slower pace and the cost of entry is lower so I can get  the price spread am looking for....You may want to try out of state if I can assist look me up

Just in case you need more information about the property it is located in a good area in Miami called Coconut Grove, the taxes are around $4,400 and insurance is about $1300 + $400 for liability for the year.
