Now I would say that sometimes a house doesn't sell even though its priced correctly because of lack of exposure.Now the MLS (via a realtor) and a sign in the yard are the two best ways to expose and sell your house.

Are you going to drive these people around like an agent and find houses for sale, and then if they like it you will purchase it pending they sign a contract to lease for a time you decide with an option to buy.What if the house is way over priced.
