Just had a deal fall through because a rookie lender discovered last minute that they cant do business here.

Most of the time, I see them (Lender/HOA/Financial Institution) just wait for discharge and then proceed as they originally planned on proceeding, albeit months later, instead of the MFR. 

I have five rentals in Lviv, the remarkable city that has been recently discovered by tourists and investors (and filmmakers - check out Tom Cruise's latest plans for filming in Lviv). 

Only discovered that because a month into rehab there was a stream of water running into the basement thru the stone foundation.

Here's how:  go and find a gem - a property that no one else has discovered and then find yourself an investor (not developer/builder) who may want to take his/her business to the next level.
