Home Inspections: Which ones do you do?

Good afternoon BP investors,

I have a quick question for those of you who buy from wholesalers, MLS or any other way.

Do you guys get any type of home inspection during the due diligence stage? Like roof, plumbing or foundation inspection?

Thanks in advance !

For any home you are buying, you should get an inspection done.  My home inspections cover the basics.  If they raise concerns on structure, you need a separate person.  Also if buying a home on septic, that is done separately.
