It is basically a traditional IRA which also has an allowance to pull for medical bills without the early withdrawal penalty of 10%.I am lucky in that my wife gets full medical benefits for our family from here employer so this is not an issue for me.

In Florida the just passed the medical marijuana, so I'm sure we will begin to have those issues, but it still does not negate the fact that it is federal illegal, so still no smoking INSIDE of the property, by exterior is fine
