Has anyone had experience for assessed property value appeal and/or has general advice on lowering property tax you could share? 

Sounds like he may be getting hit with a stupid tax but hopefully that fee will get mitigated with insurance. 

I am hoping to really gather some funds this year and be ready to purchase the first home spring of next year!
