We are searching for a CPA in the Fort Lauderdale, or nearby area, who specializes in Real Estate (small to medium size multifamily properties) and creative tax planning.

I grew up in Keller (north of Fort Worth) so DFW is my home town. 

Fayetteville has a larger military population ~55,000 vs ~39,000, Fort Bragg also sports the largest % of military population interwoven with civilians last I checked it was roughly 55% living off post.

Really like Fort Collins.Boise is on my radar.

I'm coming to Fort Smith for a couple days next week for a property inspection.I'm also looking to network with local investors.

I know some people who are working the PG county, Frederick, and Fort Washington markets.
