There is an absolute wealth of information and it's exciting to be able to learn from so many people.But as for myself, my wife and I are just getting started in Real Estate by having a deal with a family member where the down payment and closing costs are covered for us, and we'll be house hacking to help cover the costs.

It could be sketchy, or the selling realtor could be making that information available.

I've lived in states where this information is free, but we have to subscribe to the county records here.  

So friendly, helpful and some go beyond to give information like yourself.

Many suburban municipalities around here even have ordinances against street parking overnight - you have to call the police department each night to inform them why you are leaving your car on the street.

If you are a true cash buyer, to become a "wholesaler's best friend" you will need to be able to balance your need for more information with the wholesaler's need to fulfill his/her commitments under their agreement.

Basically any information would be great.

Learn a little first, and then you can make an informed decision to make the trade off for a higher initial equity position that the low income provides.
