For the 1/1s it's the same period but I'll allow early/late guests for up to 2 hours and just schedule my housekeepers accordingly.I definitely need to bite the bullet and replace my washer/dryer in the one house with high-capacity units!

Definitely a good way to free up capital for additional purchases as long as you don't over-leverage and end up in a situation where you're not cash flowing.
