LendLogix receives quite a few people that come to us from Credit Unions, etc, that need a more accurate way of determining value - without the cost of a full appraisal.Edit: Harmful may be the wrong word.BPOs, AVMs etc just give a more thorough analysis of the value - Zillow does give accurate depictions and provides relevant information to its customers and does give disclaimers on the site that it may not be 100% accurate.

. $24 for expenses wouldn't cover a single service call.If this is a package sale of 4 rentals, then a "packet" containing valuations, pro-forma numbers with full list of assumptions, management and lease agreements, etc. would be a minimum.

The logs have to be custom cut , so you will need to find a sawmill . ( there is one in anne arundel county in crownsville)  Its not easy work to replace a log on the bottom or in the middle .
