What is preventing you from adding a few light fixtures and calling it a day?

Things like light fixtures and pulling out appliances and cleaning behind them, window sills and deep cleaning tubs, etc.Does anyone have a recommendation for someone in Columbus OH to do this kind of work?

There are those who really get suckered into paying a lot of money with the idea that the amount paid reflects the value and quality of some fast track method, the "real secrets", you're not getting an education, you're getting a superficial scratching of the surface of marketing methods.I noticed in the above posts that these are simply telling you what a property value is and then setting up transactions for one to profit, that's really the old shell game, eventually the cup is raised and nothing will be under your cup.

All things being equal, a new build is fantastic because a) there's no deferred maintenance, and b) you'll have new fixtures and modern layouts that will garner top rents.
