@Andrew Y.It is even more complicated than what @Ashish Acharya described - if you're trying to match your books and your taxes.This is a very tedious project that is not worth the effort, in my personal opinion.

I wanted to get nice satin nicked door knobs, replace trim, put in cabinets and put cabinet pulls on all the cabinets.Now, I wish I hadn't done the work I actually DID do, because the tenants don't care what color the doorknobs are, or whether they match or not.
