Increase business taxes = cost of products and services goes up.

Good location, close to family (we're incorporating it in a move, cashflows, under market rent, 19 year old building, nice, clean units.

I've had particularly bad luck with US Bank in the past, they had terrible customer service and too many nickle and dime things that just irritated me. 

Then Joe can use a servicing company to make the payments and be sure the nursing home is getting paid.In Joes shoes I would certainly not do a lease/option.

I would suggest you set up a website also with a nice clean simple landing page to generate leads.Then you can direct your Facebook Ads or Google Adwords campaigns there and it also ads credibility.Twitter and Instagram both have paid marketing tools as well that you can utilize to build an online presence.
