I have been looking through old posts and scouring the internet for information, but I need to reach out for some advice, at least on one topic here.

It is a much more personal world than just plugging numbers into the internet.

I think all parents should get to involve with their kids and know where they are going and what they are doing on the Internet.

I'm from Cape Town, South Africa.I've been on the internet a few occasions and I find a lot of real estate investment information based on international real estate.

Within a couple of hours, one of the 2 other guys I had shared it with informed me that the third guy had already bombed it all over the internet...including to my 2 other guys.

I would suggest you search for leases on the internet and even have a Real Estate lawyer review it so that you don't violate any laws, and that it holds up when/if you have to evict the tenant.  

Start with broad strokes, that way you capture potential areas that may have originally been missed.
