As a college student, I can tell you the most important aspects when I was looking for a house were walkability to campus and High Street, not that close to Weinland Park (not the best for safety), PARKING (my landlord repaved our parking spots and added two more in our alley which was absolutely huge for sharing a house with 5 other girls), and rent of course which will range anywhere from $500-$900/month with some outliers and based on location.
