You need all of your business obligations from local vendors, contractors, and certain Team members.With regards to a location be is the southern United States around fairly large cities that are devirsably economically, has growing population, job growth, and to invest in a growing area. 

Would gravel meet the city requirements?

My wife and I will be a part of that growth and help to revive the homes in our city.

Check your city zoning rules. 

Try to do it in a city that has a 3rd party relative or a friend that is local of the subject property that will help you out and reduce your travel expenses down.I would normally tell you to be honest with the seller except from when you are Wholesaling and assigning the contract.

Until the dumpster arrived I told them to pile it in the back yard (p.s this won’t make your city happy, but if you’re nice to them, they will play nice back) I filled up the 40 cubic yard dumpster easily and kept the smaller dumpster and have had that emptied several times.

Now I've decided to find long term tenants and rent it out.Does anyone know a good property management company in Atlantic County (Atlantic City area) that handles single family homes?
