HI Adam,If it were mine, I'd:Replace the blue color with a trendy (light) avocado-ish green (the lawn is green and the bricks look good with that).Replace the all of the white including the garage door with a darker color to contrast (or blend) with the green (experiment a little).Move the house numbers down one board to make the house seem bigger.

I was at their prior auction on Godas and the return was comparable; and the Godas property (only a duplex but almost 5000 sq.ft. and pretty nice condition-wise that rents for $3000 a month) was much nicer and the upkeep/ongoing maintenance was minimal (lawn care - small lot).I agree - the units were weird on Alpine.

Ihave them sign that twice: once when we go under contract and again at the closing and I have the closing agent notarize their signature then.I just read that Vegas has had a lot of fraudulent deals going on which has caused the value to be artificially inflated.
