My problem is there really isn’t anywhere else I can make 6 figures out of school and hyper save for real estate, the major downside is extremely long work weeks, unpredictable moves to new locations.

Right now I work a long work week with pay that is no where near where I'm comfortable with.

If you are going to proceed you should plan on being full time on site no less then three days a work week.

I base these dates on a five day work week.

I make good money doing what I do, but its not sustainable, nor do I want it to be...definitely not afraid of work, but pretty tired of 80 hour work weeks!

Get your ducks In a row and persist and push on do as much work as you can without paying people to do it , that means 80+ he work weeks if that’s what it takes .
