To a very deep pocketed company that could pay a loan off or withstand multiple defaults that's one thing but for this to be a bp podcast and a strategy that newbie under capitalized investors are going to try out its a recipe for disaster in my mind I rescued one such company back in 04.

Whole house fans only work if you have adequate attic ventilation because the air cannot be exhausted without proper attic ventilation.

Personally, I would focus on exhausting my free education resources while devoting time networking locally and asking questions here.

My tenant next door could no longer pay rent and exhausted church donations etc. so power was cut off by utility company.

My way may be viewed as conservative to others, but I know the dust settles I can withstand down turns in the market much better then someone who is leveraged to the hilt and has no cash.You do what you want, but I'm just trying to give you wisdom from personal life experiences.
