I don't know how you find the time to welcome newbies to the web site, write articles, answer questions, etc.

There was no one database for the whole of the US.I am not sure if the present Realtor site is a web browser interface to the local boards or if the local boards are uploading their data back to a central database.

My realtor keeps encouraging me to get a home warranty through American Home Shield, but their reviews on the web are not impressive.
