I’m active duty AF.

The criminal check really wasn't vital but I wanted to make certain he didn't have any fraud charges or anything like that (I was simply being cautious). 

I don't want to repeat everything in my profile but I'm looking at several markets in Texas, Maine, New Hampshire, and Kentucky.Currently I'm active duty Military working in a medical administrative field.

My family and I do live in Hawaii right now for military reasons since my wife is still Active Duty.

Tried to explain to one that some -not all-agents don't show listing with lower buyers commission and he wanted to argue with me about it was our fiduciary duty to show all. 

Commercial loans are more expensive.At the end of the day, I believe that it is the duty of all investors to understand the pro and cons of all these different setups and to make an informed cost/benefit choice about what will make they sleep better at night.

It is not your duty to subsidize housing for anyone, which is what the housing authority is basically trying to do to you.

Growth and re-vitalization continues to creep further east and southeast from downtown.  

I am an active duty service member with no debt (yet) and about $10,000 is cash to invest. 

Like maybe hire an off-duty law enforcement officer to simply stand there while I have my own crew set out the belongings on the curb.
