Hello all,To introduce myself, Im a 24 y/o working professional in NYC who grew up on Long Island. 

I purchased a Tax Deed and found out that the property is land locked and had an error in the parcels and folios and deed years ago.But when  I called the  Clerk office they said there is nothing that they can do about it.Please help if you have some suggestions.

I am familiar with Long Island (I know it’s very difficult to invest here), upstate New York, North Carolina, and Virginia, and I would like to start my real estate investment path in one of those areas.

I’ve been looking to get in to real state for a while now, but I live in state Island.

Our neighbor Rhode Island has never told me to go outside to vape(in clubs).My honest opinion based on my chemistry background is that the minor concentration of PG, which is antifungal, will actually prevent mold, and you might want to consider REQUIRING vaping in your lease. 

I'm a new member from the Rhode Island / Southeastern Mass area, though I've been following Bigger Pockets for a while now.I'm very eager to get started in real estate investing, and I have been on the lookout for deals for the last few months and getting an understanding of the local market. 

I live in the UK, and I've been looking for properties here as well as on Prince Edward Island (PEI - where my family is from).

The City includes James Island. 

We have a couple of friends that live down there within walking distance of Sailfish Marina, in fact, we'll be sitting on the peanut island sandbar here shortly...there's no better place to get some quick R&R and take in the "sights" Florida has to offer.
