(I'm asking this because your answer may help investors with their buying strategy)- What trends do you see right now with what you're working on?

Also we are building semi custom with very good subs so its not like the cheapo starter build to rent homes that are slapped together our houses are in great shape day one.. but there is always some cosmetics or something does not work right and OEM fix's it or the sub fix's it.. no big deal.
