While I have a rough idea on house hacking as a whole, I would like to know if there are some helpful insights on the Utah market specifically.

Obviously, each bears certain risks, and usually the agent would advise on these topics in the beginning.

I like the new construction idea a lot.

Currently our favorite idea is a SFH we can convert to an up down duplex by sealing off a staircase with an ADU on the property for us to live in.
