I'll starting to read the beginners guide tonight!

Just joined up on BP tonight.

I signed up for a webinar for tonight then I think they changed the time ??

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it tonight.

I believe one of them is meeting tonight.

So tonight, I'm going to a REIA meeting in my area (Merrillville, IN) to network with some people.Now for the point of my post.

Unfortunately I can't act on these properties because I haven't moved to the area yet...Anyways I was free tonight and was wondering if there were any local investors interested in networking over some beers.

So if I want to do a general inspection, and we can't agree on something a week or two out I will say ok I will swing by tonight with written notice that I will be entering at such and such a time on this date (a couple days or week out).If the central air is tapered with or you believe it is I would explain that their are issue with the unit that cannot be explained by the mechanics of the model.

We are FINALLY putting the house on the market tonight!
