I prefer the old style arcade consoles over a TV/X-box setup because of the ambiance and old timey arcade feeling, but that might be just me.And yeah, paint the floor and walls bright and colorful and throw in a mini-split.

At least with the S&P the dead companies fall off but overall RE keeps the underperforming in the mix.If one is high income then just throwing cash at the stock market over the long haul a nice way to go.

I don't know, but you would 100% want to check in with the existing optometrist, maybe they don't get "walk in" business anyways and do not care and wouldn't mind the like-minded neighbors (I've had mortgage neighbors before, and do not care -- I do mortgages they don't, case in point office mortgages across the country, so I wind up getting business from them), but an ice cream shop is going to be LIVID if you rent the unit next store to a frozen yoghurt shop, since that's a LOT of walk-in business that's now getting split two waysAnd then to make it really fun, here's the question I'll throw back at you.

I'd throw the successful flip for a first time investor, which probably happened a lot in the past few years, in the "just because something worked does not mean that it was a good idea" category.
