Typically, the communities consist of 1 story detached sfr and 1 story attached town houses and the community amenities may include club houses, golf courses, pools, gyms, tennis, ect.  

You should qualify for an FHA 3.5% down and you can finance more for the rehab.On Tenn - I would get the first property close to home where you can get your hands on it.Good Luck!

I'm trying to find the best program to do the coursework through and would appreciate opinions.So far I've looked at Real Estate Express, Kaplan, Champions, and Texas State Online.

Windsor hills and Solara also have a few as does Champions Gate Albeit getting pricey in a hurry

I just passed my class with Champion Real Estate and I am wondering if I should move forward with passing the state exam.  

So a big hail storm just came through town and shred a large part of the ciy with tennis to baseball size hail and 70+ mph winds.

Community has tennis courts, swimming pools as well.

We have a very strong short term rental market here with lots of snow birds coming out Jan thru March and we have big events in March and April (Tennis tournaments, Coachella, Stage Coach, etc.).

Champions Real Estate school is a very reputable school here in the Houston area.
