- Do you have a dedicated maintenance supervisor (or tech)?

Hello Baton Rouge Multifamily Operators/Investors,We are finding it difficult to hire staff for maintenance supervisor and tech in the Baton Rouge area. 

I am able to work as a travel doc, and she works remotely in tech, and we plan to use our combined incomes to put towards REI, as well as keeping our cost of living reasonable!

The tech had no knowledge of the AI email that I'd received from Vrbo, he didn't know what I was talking about!  

They also help me on the Real Estate side with cold calling, appointment setting, tech support, creating SOP's and How-To's. 

Last time I checked, their pricing (for the large 2-sided full-color PC) was still pretty competitive:Postcard printing .14 (for 7 DAY turnaround)Processing for mailing .07 ($175 fee divided by 2,500 pieces)Standard postage .28-------------------------------------------------------------------.49 per piece total (Does not include mailing list)So, that's comparing old-school static printing to the new-tech variable printing (apples to oranges comparison), but you get the idea.P.S.

Nevada is a great place to invest because it's landlord friendly, low property taxes, tech job growth, population growth, and no state income tax. 

The plan is list 10 of our units on Airbnb (we have current PM systems, hospitality, cleaners and maintenance techs in the area already).

I like Nevada because it's close to CA, low property taxes, landlord friendly and has strong tech and manufacturing job growth.
