We finally got an email from the Fire Marshall last week asking to schedule and inspection (our first out of six we have in the area) and the google calendar showed about a dozen times available every day through December.

I still get phone calls/emails and think that I have gotten over 100 inquiries after I already sold the property 10+ years ago.

Stay on their email list with updates, choose the operator that has the best investment thesis, track record/experience, and deal.

Obviously, using the online listing page at ALE solutions is different than a cold email, and I am referring to the latter.That brings up an obvious question: how do you develop those leads, then?

As I think through it, I wouldn't expect a super high accuracy of the phone numbers and email addresses.
