I see a beautiful boutique Hotel where I live that is for sale but is sitting empty while on the market.

., or 2) purchase a business, more specifically a restaurant; I have a long experience in restaurants and hotels, in order to more than make up for our income.

Many of them will be in FEMA provided housing (hotels, motels, small apartments) for upwards of two years. 

Your tenants are staying with family so they are not accumulating additional hotel expense. 

Day 1: Not impressed, payed 1000$ and still have no clue how to snap flip, how I have access to finance or buyers.. feels like a scam already.. payed for travel and hotel to attend this event.. 

Everyone wants the hotel in Monopoly not the four houses. 

Can you ask him/her if there are any pre fabricated hotel models he's seen?

I visit my out-of-state properties twice a year and it's more than $2.5K when you look at plane tickets, hotel stays, car rental, etc. not to mention there is added risk when you can't drive by your property from time-to-time.

New condos, mixed-use office space, hotels, parks, pedestrian/biker friendly European style roads, and walking bridges are all under construction right now.
